Hello I’m
Arlaysha Osborn
Web Developer

About Me
I’m a mom, a creative, a gardener, and recently a published journal maker!
I value work-life balance and helping to make sure my kids have awesome memories and experiences.
Professionally, I have worn many hats on my tech journey, from rocking the role of Account Manager to diving into the world of WordPress Development and Teaching, Content Editing, and even donning the hat of a Technical Project Manager.
Through these diverse experiences, I’ve learned the vital significance of teamwork and collaboration. Clear communication, nailing project timelines, and not just meeting but exceeding client expectations have become second nature to me.
Balancing creativity with organization is my forte, ensuring that every project shines, regardless of the scale of the site.

Reviews
Mollie H. - Graphic Designer
I worked with Arlaysha for about a year and it was a joy. She is a fantastic co-worker and brings a constant positivity to any environment she is in.
Arlaysha has a unique ability to be able to teach herself new skills, softwares, and development techniques very quickly. Further, she relays this newfound knowledge to those around her with passion and with clarity.
She strives when it comes to problem-solving. Where most would give up, Arlaysha will come to the table with various solutions to a problem.
I could always count on her to be a strong teammate and looked forward to working with her on various projects.
David W. - Senior Software Developer
I’ve had the privilege of mentoring and working with Arlaysha on several projects over the last couple of years.
She is a quick learner and is always willing to jump in and try something new. She has a great understanding of the WordPress ecosystem but can also thrive in other environments as well.
I would highly recommend her to any team as I know she can take on any challenge you give her and be successful.
Jade B. - Jr. Marketing Analyst, Workforce Advocate
